We require all clients except those who wish to have a free initial discovery consultation to pay a small deposit of £30. This will secure your appointment slot.

Any remaining fee will be payable at the time of the appointment.

This fee is non-refundable. You may cancel and re-book for free if you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Please email or WhatsApp ASAP.

Failure to message or attend appointments that are secured with deposits will require an additional deposit before we will confirm another appointment.
